How I Started:
I actually love to workout. Working out is not my problem its my eating habits. I have the Bodytype that can gain weight really fast and lose it fast but it all depends on my eating habits and thats where I struggle. Motivated for awhile and then back to my old habits.So this time I'm really serious, I want to lose weight and tone up everywhere. Thats why I'm on here is to help me stay motivated.

How I Stay Motivated:
I look at fitness magazines. I have a workout partner. My husband.
The changes in my body.
So I started a new workout today. Its been 4 weeks with the last one. It was so hard I did it in circuit form upper and lower body(like the abs diet) workout, with the heviest weight I could do for 10 reps. I was so tired today I had to take a 2hrs nap good thing I'm off work today!Pls feel free...
Up and downs are part of this game, down it hold you back. You look awesome now but if you must, keep plugging away giving 150% the whole time. Goodluck!
