How I Started: I actually love to workout. Working out is not my problem its my eating habits. I have the Bodytype that can gain weight really fast and lose it fast but it all depends on my eating habits and thats where I struggle. Motivated for awhile and then back to my old habits.So this time I'm really serious, I want to lose weight and tone up everywhere. Thats why I'm on here is to help me stay motivated.
Why I Love It: It makes me feel strong and confident.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at fitness magazines. I have a workout partner. My husband.

So I started a new workout today. Its been 4 weeks with the last one. It was so hard I did it in circuit form upper and lower body(like the abs diet) workout, with the heviest weight I could do for 10 reps. I was so tired today I had to take a 2hrs nap good thing I'm off work today!Pls feel free...
