The reason I got started was to loose some unwanted fat that I had accumulated over the winter months. I've been on and off since but I'm really kinda getting into it now. I need to start concentrating on by diet!!!
Why I Love It:
It's my time!! I get to get away from everything and focus on me. I love seeing or at least feeling better and better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is always a problem for me, none of my close friends enjoy or even try to exercise so I have to keep myself motivated, and believe me that makes it very hard. I just try to keep in mind what my goal is and stay focused on that.
BB Accomplishments:
None. Well I'm down from my heavies of 225 to between 185 & 190 but 190 most days.
The 2005 photo I had all most reached my all time heaviest of 225. By June of 06 I was down to around 200, I think in the 06 pic I was around 195. Lots of hard work. Much Much more to go!

Wow, well congrats on the progress so far! I feel the same as you! I get motivated by the amazing bodies on here....can't say that I consider myself one of them yet. Not saying that I don't like my body, just that I want to see it change more!lol. I have to clarify otherwise people think i have some kind of complex.lol.
