How I Started:
My name is Minnie and since a lot of people are wondering what my ethnicity is, I am Chinese,French,Cambodian and Thai from Upstate of South Carolina. I'm very ambitious, adventurous, love to maintain my health and love the gym. I started working out in Aug of 2008. Because I was getting so big and heavy, I didn't want to be at 275Lbs any more and it really scared me. So I started to take charge and change my life around. Now I work at a 24hrs gym and love it. Working at the gym makes me stay motivated, just seeing client change there life and it's wonderful to be apart of that. Since working out I am so much stronger, full of energy, and healther then I have ever been.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out becuase of the way I feel after a good workout. I feel proud of myself, and have increased energy. It is also nice to take measurements and watch as they decrease over the months.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly I listen to music. After a few months of sticking to a moderately routine schedule you become addicted. After working out, no matter how long of a day I've had, or how little sleep I've gotten I always feel refreshed and better.
Mile High Captain, huh..:) I'm not doing too much this weekend. Gym and some work on my house (painting, repairs, etc..) How's training coming along? Your numbers changing consistently? Mine are funny, but sticking with it..
Everything's ok so far... still trying to gain some weight... not an easy task... I'm trying cell ucor and it's working pretty nice... 7 lbs in like 3 weeks... how's yours? lookin' great, hun...
