How I Started:
Well i have always been working out since i was 13 i just liked being strong. Just recently i have been dedicated to my workouts and have made some serious gains!
Why I Love It:
Its the best lifestyle that you can live!!! Everyday you can be proud of yourself knowing that you gave it your all at the gym! The benefits are tremendously rewarding and it gives you a ton of self-confidence...there is nothing else quiet like it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivatd by the gains and progress that i make but mainly because of my genetics is why i stay motivated i know that if i dont stick to a good diet and exercise that i am going to be overweight lets face it it just runs in my family. Thats why I stay motivated!

I agree totally & am very pleased to see that there are others who feel the same way about non-consumption of animals.
If we were meant to eat meat, we would have claws, canine-type teeth & a much different intestinal tract (the one humans have is too long and the meat rots in ours, causing cancer--animals have much shorter ones where the meat moves through quickly).
No, sorry, we're not meat eaters--we've been 'smoked' by Society on this!!!
