After I graduated from high school I spent the summer working.... and that's about it. I gained a lot of weight thanks to bad eating habits, a sedentary lifestyle, AND the most evil drug ever invented.... DEPO-PROVERA! I was so depressed that my mother began paying for me to train with a personal trainer. She was the best thing to happen to me, fitness-wise! She taught me so much about working out and weight training, and during my time with her I lost 10lbs and gained a tremendous amount of muscle! I could actually see my biceps WITHOUT FLEXING! I was amazed and so proud of myself. It was then when I began coming to bodybuilding.com to learn about proper nutrition and supplementation.. although I must say reading about that stuff is much easier than actually DOING it. hehe. I eventually moved from my hometown to Las Vegas for school. I keep the workouts going until I hurt my knee on the treadmill.. and ever since then it had been hard for me to get back on the wagon. That's why I'm here!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love love love the way I feel about myself after a good workout. I feel empowered and beautiful when I leave the gym, and I love seeing the changes it does to my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
Jamie Eason is my motivation! She is GORGEOUS! Finding her website/myspace page has made me recommit myself to my goals and become more motivated than ever. Whenever I need a little boost, I take a few minutes to glance at her pictures, and think to myself... I CAN achieve this.
My goal is to lose 20lbs by the end of the year so I can finally be happy with my body.
Goal (Long):
I am finally ready to transform my body. After years of fighting with myself, I have finally become satisfied with myself on the inside, and it is time to change the outside! I want my outer appearance to reflect how good I feel about myself mentally, and mentally I feel like a super hot, muscular, defined, healthy woman! I don't really care about pounds on the scale. I care about inches. My current measurements (chest, waist, hips) are 35.5-29-37. I would like to be 34-25-33. I know it's attainable, and I will attain it, no matter if it takes me unti the end of Summer '07, or Summer '08. I will do it. A long-term goal of mine is, once I'm out of college, to compete in a fitness/bikini model competition.. and WIN! :)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb

I can't even explain everything that has happened to me since I last posted. I can try and do a quick run-through.. but since this is supposed to be about my diet and workout... I'll try to keep it short.
My dad was in a motorcycle accident on April 29th, 2007 and passed away. That, all...
I am doing a 4 day split because it gets me in and out of the gym quicker, and it is less daunting. I don't wake up and say "ughhh... I have to lift full body today/lower body/upper body/etc..I'm going to be there forever!!!" I say.. "Yay! 30 minutes of heavy lifting, 20-30 minutes of cardio,...
I just thought I would drop by and wish you all the best and much success in reaching your goals. Keep up the great work and try to push yourself to be the best that you can be.
hey,
first off you have a really cute smile. second some more pics and third haveing an injury is a bummer but the best way to get over it is to start light or with no weights and progress from there.
hope you get back soon ...
Honey, there is NOTHING wrong with you :). We're all set with our own specific weight. Some girl's natural weight may be 98lbs while most others is a little bit more. I learned not to pay attention to the scale anymore HAH! My weight fluxuates alot...lol. I'll be 2lbs more one day and 5 lbs less the next day... MAKES NO SENSE!!! :) But you look GREAT I think!
Awe you are so pretty, I am working on my body just the same as you are and you are really motivating....well hopefully we can keep tabs on each others progress!! c-ya!
