Supplements and reaching small goals set each Month in weight increase and Body size, a Log is kept in detail
BB Accomplishments:
With in 8 mo. to a Yr. Arms grew 3/4" and Chest and back 1" also, Went from a 36" waist around Belly Button to a 33" around Belly button and down to 29" to 30" waist

Super setting 2 major muscle groups 3 tims a week high reps and 3 to 4 sets ex. Mon. Chest and Back, Wed. Legs, lower back, calves, Fri. Arms & Shoulders After 3 to 4 sets of 50% of max warm ups then I do 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps and superset chest exercise with back and 1 min rest...
