Breakfast: GNC Sports Multi(2 caps), BCAA (2 caps), CLA(1 cap), Shred Matrix (1 serving), ON Fish oil (1 cap), 2 scoops of combat powder + 5 grams of creatine powder
Lunch: CLA (1 cap), Shred Matrix (1 serving)
Preworkout: MP - Assault (really like this stuff!)
During Workout: AMINOX and 3 or 4 bottles of water (20 oz)
PostWorkout: 2 scoop Combat powder or body fortress whey and 1 pouch of G2 gatorade
Supper: CLA (1 cap), 1 scoop of Casein

tired o being tired
still young, found that running a keyboard all the time and no excerise is recipe for low energy and pudgy waist, decided that I needed to get back to fighting weight and have really enjoyed the return to lifting weights!
WTH?! PICTURES NOT AS EXPECTED! You have been training and training and suffering spending hours at the gym almost daily. Sometimes as many as 6 days a week. Your BF% is going down, your weight is going down, your measurements are where they ought to be but when it comes to progress pictures you dont show that chiseled appearance that you want... Dont give up! Having come from 40% BF down to 11.5% myself (currently) you must not just look at the pictures, just like you learn not to only believe... Go to BodyBlog
