What's your average % rate for protein, carbs and fat? Are you one of those dudes that take some 40% fat in?... Cause I've been hearing about this a lot and it scares me the hell out lol. I don't wanna have to eat so much fat even if it's GOOD fat ha ha. By the way nice new avi!
