Goal (Long):
I want the body i had once before, life, work and kids throw you off balance, enough is enough - i ran for a year and didn't lose any weight, stopped for 5 months and gained 15Lbs, now's the time to start eating clean, pull out my sneakers, change up my running routine, and get the weight bench out of storage. This is my time.. and i'm done wasting time..

I haven't told anyone what i'm doing or why i'm doing it. I'm doing this for MYSELF, I'm my best cheerleader (when i've done good or am proud of myself i acknowledge it), or my own worst critic (When i could of done better i don't need someone dumping on me - i'll do it to myself. Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The closet Gym would be 45mins away from my home.. since i'm a stay at home, work at home mom Working out at home is the best option for me.
2 days of eatting clean... and i'm feeling better, just got to up my water intake and start exercising now.. but at least i'm getting going again. Good luck to everyone out there pushing through whatevers holding them back :) (we can do it)
