How I Started: Was extremely impressed as a child by Mike Tyson's phenomenal physique and awesome raw power. His image was a constant source of motivation for me throughout the years.My training philosophy has been highly influenced by the writings of Mike Mentzer.
Why I Love It: Its a great and rewarding activity. I love the fact that the results you get out of it are directly proportional to the effort you put into it. Its also part of my identity, of who I am.
How I Stay Motivated: Thinking about constantly improving and becoming stronger.I believe that there is nothing in this universe that remains static..you either move forward and improve or you move backwards and deteriorate..the choice is yours..

BB Accomplishments: I won many amateur lever powerlifting competitions..the most notable being a provincial level powerlifting championship competition. Bench pressed 480 lbs at a bodyweight of 200lbs raw.
