How I Started:
After I finished University I was skinny and puny. I just wanted to gain some extra strength so I joined my local gym about 3 years ago.
Why I Love It:
It healthy, its a release from the daily pressures in life and it keeps me sane.
How I Stay Motivated:
Subtle changes in your physique, the pump feeling after each session and the acknowledgement from other people.

I will, gotta say im a little concerned because Ive been dieting now for 2 weeks, bodyweight is down to 217 natural so i'll def make 220 class. However my numbers were at a weight 12 pounds heavier so im sure that'll impact how I perform a little. Less than 12 hours to first lift tho.

Give it a try, it will open a whole new feeling of training to you. Just try to get through it only resting when you absolutely cannot do any more, and then rest no longer then 10 seconds.
