I was just collating my Top 50 movies of all time. I noticed a high majority of them are Action. Here are my Top ten movies which motivate me to go to the gym!!
I have about 7 defined routines which i have stored in my mind. I usually do one of these routines on any given day depending on how I feel and when I believe that area is due for some service
**CHEST day**
- Dumbell presses - light weight for warm up
- Flat Bench Press
- Incline...
I will, gotta say im a little concerned because Ive been dieting now for 2 weeks, bodyweight is down to 217 natural so i'll def make 220 class. However my numbers were at a weight 12 pounds heavier so im sure that'll impact how I perform a little. Less than 12 hours to first lift tho.
read over your goals and see your interested in doing a power comp sometime. Remember to practice like you play, training for power is completely different from bodybuilding training. If I can offer any help let me know. STRENGTH & HONOR
Give it a try, it will open a whole new feeling of training to you. Just try to get through it only resting when you absolutely cannot do any more, and then rest no longer then 10 seconds.
