Overall Goal: I want to eventually put on 30 pounds of lean muscle. At this point, I will settle for some fat...I just want to gain 30 pounds majority muscle. I can always work on toning any fat later on.

How I Started:
I actually started training April of 2008, I was more focused than I've ever been around that time, put on a good 10 pounds. Eventually, I met a girl, spent a lot of my time with her, became distracted. Ended up losing 8 pounds which pretty much put me back to where I started, but now I'm back on track harder than ever.
Why I Love It:
It's fun to see my lifts increase over time. Seeing how good I can eat each day. Just knowing I'm improving my overall life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being on bodybuilding.com, seeing others. My own changes keep me motivated as well.
