started in my basement a long time ago but after enlisting in the Marine Corps i became serious about physical fitness and moreover bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
over all its the endorphin rush and its nice to look good too
How I Stay Motivated:
well its kinda my job to be in shape and its become a passion so i feel really guilty if miss workouts.
BB Accomplishments:
breaking 300 in bench and goin from 150 lbs to about 185-190 lbs.
