Bluesmanguitar I just started my cardio today. What I do is run up and quickly walk down a sturdy set of steps I have. It's not a fancy stair stepper but it does the job, especially if you carry a set of dumbbells. I may try ankle weights tomorrow. Apr 30, 2009 7:28pm

Bluesmanguitar Yeah your right about hitting the weights hard. I can already see a big difference so far. I think I have pretty good bodybuilding genetics because I'm not a hard gainer. I think I'll probably need to incorporate a lot of cardio because I'm a hard loser. Apr 30, 2009 12:11pm
