Aw thanks for asking. :) I've fallen off the band wagon with my working out. I'm down 2 more lbs but I need to get back into the gym. I'm meeting up with my sis this weekend to do just that. :D How about you?
Thanks man. I should post a new photo because I look a bit better now. I've got a long way to go. Probably 3-5 years until I'm somewhat satisfied. Hopefully I'll be there before I'm 30. My life is passing me by. Sometimes I feel like I've never lived.

I just started my cardio today. What I do is run up and quickly walk down a sturdy set of steps I have. It's not a fancy stair stepper but it does the job, especially if you carry a set of dumbbells. I may try ankle weights tomorrow.
Yeah your right about hitting the weights hard. I can already see a big difference so far. I think I have pretty good bodybuilding genetics because I'm not a hard gainer. I think I'll probably need to incorporate a lot of cardio because I'm a hard loser.
Still finding my feet in the gym. Started off with a pretty complicated isolation workout, but have changed to a simple (under an hour) compound workout just to get into the swing of things :)
Yeah I'm just getting back into it. You can see what I do on my blogs. It's all small weights now and I'm focusing mostly on burninig fat but I hope to increase the weight and get more cut after that.
