How I Started:
i started out in a boxing gym, just lifting weights to put on some extra pounds. then several friends i worked with got me into lifting every day. from then on i was hooked.
Why I Love It:
i love the pump and the way it makes you feel like superman :) also it makes a good first impression, lifting is a good way to make sure you always look good!
How I Stay Motivated:
thinking about where i am as opposed to where i could be if i would stay consistant! every day is a fight to prove something to myself.

Goal (Long):
i need to get my body fat down,(drop to 155) and build up my chest, arms and shoulders.(build muscle back up to 165-170) getting a v-cut would be nice too :)
i kinda let myself go this weekend. between college football, a few nights of drinking and plenty of cheat foods i've managed to pack onĀ 4 extra pounds. i'm not very happy with the out come, so today i hit the gym early and this week is going to be pretty strict. i need to stay more focused...

its time for me to focus on my weakest point - arms - so i'm throwing them in twice a week now.
