militaryareus created a new BodyBlog entry "100,000 Transformation Challenge 2013".

    I have sat and written this blog almost a million times....I just can't seem to find the words that make sense.  That make it matter, I mean everyone has different reasons, but for me this was a huge gamble.  What if I failed, what if I couldn't finish, what if I gave up?  I didn't want to be a quitter. I guess I really wanted to convey how emotional this has been for me.  I entered this contest on a whim, kind of  like a butt kick of sorts. ... oolybooly tx for your comment! i need to update myself cuz i did (almost finished!) livefit in december. i was having a hard time cuz i felt like i was not getting anywhere. i found out i had an autoimmune disease, which explained a lot!! so now im just doing heavy weights 4x a week plus cardio 1-2x. i love jamie easons program while i was doing it tho! i found it very thorough and planned perfectly to really get in shape. hope your day was good! nieves Mar 6, 2013 10:14pm
