One year after giving birth to my THIRD child...I saw a "FAT" picture and knew that it was time to do what I always dreamed of. That was get into the best shape of my life and compete in a figure show!I didn't want to always wonder "shoulda,woulda,coulda???"And I am such a better wife, mother and friend for it.Best experience of my life.
Why I Love It:
I luv training because it has enhanced everything in my life in a positive/proactive way!It has even influenced those close around me to make healthy changes in their life..and to have my cherished friends and family tell me that little ol' me has inspired them...is the biggest compliment that I have EVER received!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing all of the accomplished fitness enthusiast at the gym or in the magazines has really helped fuel my fire for fitness!!!

Goal (Long):
Keep improving my body and to still stay passionate about it. I want to help others...women/mothers in particular...because I think they need the most motivation and education to help them look and feel healthier.I feel that if they are given the proper tools and encouragement they and their families will all benefit from it's positive effects.If a women is happy with herself, she will in turn be a better wife and mother which in turn creates a happy well adjusted wholesome family environment.Which also has a positive effect on society as a whole! I know that this is only a small piece to the puzzle of a healthy family...but it is what I am striving to contribute!
