My Motivation Program

I work in Healthcare and I speak with sick people in the country on a daily basis. It saddens me that many of these people are in a dire situation that they put themselves in that was preventable by just an hour of excercise a day.

20 mintues on the stair stepper to warm up workout pullup 3 sets of 15 assisted did some cf 5 sets of deadlifts and handstand pushups (yes I can do some) for time took me 20 minutes very brutal! 5 sets of 15 deadlifts 15/135 handstands 10/bodyweight had to foamroll my back after that one

AmberHorton Tough to fuel for runs AND lose weight thru calorie depletion AND stay injury free!! I'm actually switching (for now) to 5k speed training for these very reasons!! But just remember to fuel your body w/clean unprocessed foods it will help you run better & faster too!! And watch those carbs (especially simple ones cuz they spike your insulin & make you hungrier). You CAN do it :) cuz your hella STRONG physically&mentally!! Oct 21, 2011 6:52pm

Have you done a Rock&Roll Run before? The bands/vibe/atmosphere are fun & unique. You are going to enjoy that so much and get into great shape training at the same time!! doctorstacy Hi Richard. Thanks for the friendship request. Running in a relay huh? How long is your leg of the race? How's ur running been? I enjoy running inthe rain.
