Background
So tired of working out and slaving to cardio with no REAL results. The time for change was here...
What don't I love? Feeling strong, mental clarity, reaching a goal and seeing constant progression. Accomplishing feats I never knew I was cappable of, the human body is an amazing machine and I can't wait to see how far I can push mine. As a bonus being a mother it provides great 'me' time and boundless energy to keep up with the tiddlies :)

Well that's a different mindset!
Posted in Other : Mar 30, 2012 2:00amI had one of those moments this morning. You know those subtle reminders you get that emphasise how far you really have come from LiveFit day 1.
I've always reached my plato weight at 60kg. Two days ago I completed the Jamie Eason LiveFit trainer I weighed in at 58.6kg which I was stoked at. Yesterday I recommenced week 7, no more carb cycling and lifting heavy to gain lean muscle mass.
This morning I jump on the scales and they register 57.6kg..... My first thought 'Oh man I must be losing muscle,
...I did it! The journey that was....
