  • Just wondering how your progress has gone over the past year since Jamie's program? I just finished her program and I am in the process of figuring out where to go from here. Any new progress pics?

  • 20TR your transformation is amazing! Gotta say I'm jealous of those obliques!! I had a relapse end last year thankfully not all the way back to b4 livefit. I've redone JE recently but must admit my nutrition/cardio was nowhere near precise. Biggest hurdle is mindset that was where I fell but to succeed you have to fall it's all a lesson. I love that I am learning something new about this journey and what our bodies are capable of everyday. It's definitely about consistency. I took some pics yesterday and have just uploaded so I am still trying =)

velvet5900 Thank you so much Mel! I was SO SHOCKED to see my face on that list! I had no ideal I was even being considered. It just goes to show you that you NEVER know who's watching you ;o)!! Here's a video that has 18 different variations of the different squats and I think all of them from that challenge are in here: http://youtu.be/G3ux1w1xiPE Trust me, that one set I did was brutal, but it was a good workout and something I will be doing every Wednesday!! It felt awesome to be on that stage! I was the least bit nervous! ;o) That stage felt like home to me. The competitors were so awesome and so supportive of me. It just blew me away! velvet5900 Awwww, thanks Melissa! I was pretty shocked by that. Someone had to tell me about it and when I went on there, I was blown away and when I saw all the likes on my picture and the comments.... WOW! It was just an awesome feeling! And then from there, there were two other people that shared my pictures, from JE's page to their own page... like a domino effect, that was really tripping me out!
