How I Started:
Well i am a ex wrestling/runner. I am studying to be a graphic designer so i really didnt have a chance to do much lifting or running for about a year now. but over the summer i said i would like to get myself back in shape.
Why I Love It:
i love to see the end product no matter how hard it is to get there. with lifting i can do that.
How I Stay Motivated:
well i want to get back into wrestling cause i promised myself that if i ever got a chance to stay wrestling i would do it. i have a slim chance at a small college in th north. that is what is motivating me to lose weight andget stronger. also i really hate how i have lot my once awesome six pack. i really want it back. and to help take out some of my aggression i feel from my life as a sort of pacifist

slowly but surely seeing the lines from my six pack coming back

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Nothing out of the ordinary. i just go do my thing. their really is no pep talk to get me to go. i just like to go :)

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
No. well sort of. the one on the cardio machines. but i am thinking of investing in one to see how fast my heart is going when i actually run.
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
about 178. cause that is usually where it ends up after my run
