How I Started: My father had some weights in the basement and he showed me a few exercises. I liked workin out and just kept with it.
Why I Love It: Theres always room for improvement. It keeps me out of trouble and I like seeing changes in my physique
How I Stay Motivated: Knowing that theres other people out there working harder then me makes me push myself.
