I love female fighters! I was kinda interested in Gina before, now I am a genuine fan after that fight....she didnt train very long for that fight and could just as easily tanked it. Instead she kicked that girl's ass!! When is your fight?? I will be cheering for you :)
The diet is rough sometimes though. To me it gets harder 6 weeks out and on. Yeah, my trainer said no cardio for me right now, just focus on lifting heavy.
Hi! Doing alright, just trying to gain some quality muscle and come in better for my next show. I'm thinking about doing a show in September before possibly going for the Arnold. My sis wants to do the show in September with me as well as a friend so it will be fun!
