Started training hard for my kickboxing and really enjoyed the weight training.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel stonger and more confident. It also makes me set goals for myself to reach
How I Stay Motivated:
By how well I feel when I do it. and striving to be the best! There is always someone out there who is out there training hard so you have to push harder then you ever have every day!

I've decided that it wasn't me who was being lazy this last year, it was my body and it just dragged me down with it. I've never actually thought of competing. I'd really like to lean out to comp levels (4 or 5% BF). I guess if I got there, then I'd take a look at it...

I also agree that there are not enough people from SK. Let's start a recruitment drive or something! lol

Yeah, its going pretty good. More of a balanced diet and its controlling the crazy cravings i had before. I don't even want to cheat till cheat day of course cause i always look forward to sushi :D WOw, a week off? That is going to be different for you, but you will need it :)
True that! Yeah, going to not stress over it so much, but i do want to keep the weight/bf under control while gaining mass :) I hope you are right about next year though ;)
Oh ok, well i have been pretty good lately :) I went to el pollo loco for lunch today, but all healthy options. Still going to be bloated from the sodium, extra water :)
Oh ok, well you look leaner in your recent pics. Must be more muscle ;) Trying to see if i can bulk while maintaining somewhat lean at around 15% bodyfat...eeekk.
