yep, focus on heavy exercises moslty press movements such as bench press, miltary press etc. And most importantly don“t waste your time training without eating enough, aim for 3500 kcal a day. this is what great for me good luck bro and keep me updated about your progress
There are so many workouts out there. Probably the best place would be in the forum and just look around for what people suggest, or even from some place like Muscle and Fitness to start out. And you should probably keep any cardio to maybe 20 minutes a week, so just one day.
Well I'd start by lifting heavy and keeping your sets in the 5-8rep range. You should also be eating plenty of carbs. The weight question is hard.Shoot me a pm if you have other questions bro!
Thats good man, eat like crazy, but definitely keep it clean...like the tuna, thats a good way to go. Once you find a good workout, it'll be easy to stick to it, cuz you'll love how you feel.
You can't go wrong with BSN or MuscleTech products. If you want to avoid packing it on, start with just protein powders as opposed to mass builders... Vanilla from BSN and Strawberry from MuscleTech; I can point you to other supps as you get more comfortable.
