How I Started:
December '03 I checked into drug and alcohol treatment after 12 years of hardcore abuse. When I got out of treatment I was a 240 pound blob. I needed something to keep me focused on recovery and at the same time help me to not only change the inside but the outside as well. I shed 75 pounds and for the first time in years I felt good mentally and physically. Problem is 6'3 165 made me a skinny rake. Now im up to 209 and really enjoying life.
Why I Love It:
Refining physically as well as mentally.
