Lifting hard, on my own now without the trainer. I miss it but feel more accomplished that I can push myself.

I want to reach my first goal weight of 240 pounds.
It's been a rough 1.5 years and I'm back on track, I have a trainer who is pushing me harder than I thought I could go.
Instead of bulk/cut doing body re-composition. 240 and make sure that all that loss is fat and not muscle.
Goes 150% non stop, 24/7. Has pretty much been with me while "Growing up" in adulthood and has pushed me in a more positive way than he knows.
I genuinely believe that what I've accomplished, and where I've gone in my life would not be possible without this guy backing me up. I look up to him, and he inspires me to be more than I am.
This guy is an animal, and a better friend couldn't be found.
Yeah, I've been somewhat lazy. Haven't been going to class like I should, but been lifting like mad.. Oh, I don't think I put it on here, started HRT 2 months ago due to having primary hypogonadism.. Been feeling way better, just need to get fully motivated again.. I've been biking still,...
Mikey D! You better be using that club membership. If you ever want to hit Peak with me let me know, I would love to take you through a few workouts. I can get u a pass if u need. Keep it up man, we only live once!
Sorry to hear about the crazy schedule, i know how you love your martial arts class. Yeah my life as been hectic too. I hoping my body will start showing all my hard work. It sucks not seeing the progress you want.
That's good that your switchin things up. Yeah i need an update, life has been crazy these days. I started teaching at a new school and i had a lot of family get sick. It's been a rough few months. But i am doing well. The only thing that keeps me going is my workouts.
Mikey, hey your looking great. Sorry I have not been updating. I am still hitting the gym damn hard, I added a new pic today (my profile one). I am trying to cut a few more pounds before we head to Thailand in three weeks. Keep up the good work, you really look like a changed person.
