Background
i started in my garage when i was around 17-18,i would lift nearly everyday,i would take in alot of calories and protein.it was a fun healthy hobbie for me.then i started getting more serious,and joined a couple of gyms,from local too colleges,after that,i started working in gyms.sales,personal training.this is where i am right now,i would like too start competing for a chance too win a amateur body building show,too proove too everyone that anything is possible and good genes,is simply a excuse too not push yourself harder
bodybuilding is a form of natural art. you can take that piece of art,where ever you go and show the world,just how much you love yourself,this will make the world a happier place too live in. plus the idea of sculpting your body into something unique is very exciting,you never quite know how it will turn out!

this keeps me going,also i look up too alot of bodybuilders,athletes,i watch there videos,i understand there nutrition,i admire arnold and flex lewis,those guys seem very down too earth,which mimics my personality
