How I Started:
On the first day of pool season I took a picture of me, my little baby girl, and my wife. When I looked at it, it made me sad. Not that I was overly fat, but I did manage to ruin the photo. So, I started eating a little better, and added some exercise time to my daily life.
Why I Love It:
I like the feel of tense muscles the next day after the work out. I like the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my beautiful wife who has never been fat in her life, and my beautiful baby girl, and I want them to be proud of me.
I also see all of you guys and girls here on BodySpace, and you make me want to keep on going.
Thanks for the blog comment. But trust me, I eat HORRIBLY :/ Eating has always been horrible though. Grew up on fast food and so I panic and resort to fast food! But thanks for the "this or that" options you left me. My problem areas are water intake (or lack of) and forgetting fast food and candy!!! However, in Japan, there aren't that many fast food places where I am and if there are, I wouldn't know how to order so I'm pretty safe there.. Thanks again! And good luck to you on your goals!
