wellllllllllllll.....between getting a new job, buying a townhouse, moving, yadayadayada i let the diet goto hell and Im up to 220lb. :(

But on the plus side my townhouse is now 1 mile from my new gym and I can actually cook and eat good again!!

 Hows everyone doing? Leave some motivation!!!

Workout Program:
October 2007 - Im 6 foot tall, 200LB. 8-10% BF 100% satisfied with my physique and lifting. Late oct, im diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, a rare auto-immune condition. It degrades my body to 170lb by december, all muscle is lost as i can barely eat.
Fast Forward to April 2008. Thank god for...

Hi Mike..i found out in a literatur survey that creatine is very useful..i am on cellmass and i must admit it has helped me a lot..but i guess u dont want water retention right?? again i am taking cod liver oil.I can definitely tell this single supplement has helped me a lot..u can go thrugh this site http://www.lef.org/protocols/n eurological/myasthenia_gravis_ 01.htm When u go down in this page u will find supplements for MG..best of luck

Man, I did workout while on prednisone. Of course the weights go up but something you might want to watch for is your post-workout meal. Do not use post-workout as an excuse to pig out. Lasagna is the last thing a guy on prednisone needs postworkout.

Yes thr a lot of them..fish supplements have been found to be very useful in MG..i have been taking 8 tabs a day of cod liver oil and yes it is helpful..anda fellow german bodybuilder who is also MG patient has suggested me GTF milk(one used for diabetic patient) but it is not available in india..but i can tell you for sure that creatine and fish liver oil is bound to be helpful in MG.if you have used any other measures and found it useful then let me know

Hi Mike..i am on mestino 1*60mg per day...yes my chest and triceps is the biggest affected part..MG has effected my triceps the most..my left triceps is as water..but i am slowly catching it on..have you resorted to any other measures to combat MG other then the docs prescribed medicines

Hi Mike, i am also a bodybuilder who was diagonised with MG this may end. I just wanna know if you are able to combat MG and wht measures have you taken. I have also mailed you once but seems like you have not shecked your mail. I have also been able to combat MG a bit ...as i have regained my back and biceps..but my triceps is weak ..infact its very week...did you face similiar problem??I guess our conversation will help each other a lot..looking forward to your reply..Cheers....Bhaben
