How I Started:
Got promoted @ work, and decided that I wasn't going to be lazy or out of shape. I couldn't very well ask my guys to do things I wasn't able to do!
Why I Love It:
I like meeting new people who share my passion for improving their physique! I guess I feel a bit like an artist... sculpting my muscles to create what I believe is perfection.
How I Stay Motivated:
The feeling I get when i lift, it seriously is a drug! Power and passion smashing together to forge a great physique. I always want to work harder than the next guy!

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The gym helps motivate me. Keeps me pushing. I watch the other guys grow, and I gotta try and stay ahead of them... keep growing, building better muscle.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Been talking to a few powerlifters in the gym, and I've always gone with the theory that if u look like u can move alot of weight, u better be able to move alot of weight. I'm at a point right now, where I've gotten pretty good at the sculpting part of my training, but would love to get any...
Well, I think you're gonna do great in October. You look fantastic. And I'm sure Amy and Lisa agree with me! Wow, Lisa's show is right around the corner. I know she's really enjoying her diet right now. ;) I want to see her comp too. I like less time with 2x a week cardio but I miss it...feel like a blob!
Hey Mike! How have you guys been? I just saw on CK's page that you're doing a contest in 5 months. When & where? If it's not like 10 hours away I def have to go. I've never been to one but told Lisa I want to see one. I can be there with Amy's cheering section. :)
Yeah, I should post a couple pics of them. Yup, Lisa is helping me gain weight and muscle. She pretty much had me quit cardio...only 30 mins 2x/week until I can gain weight and she put me on her program of lifting. I'm excited to see the results!
Saw the pic from 6 years ago, great transformation, Im 36 and 6 years ago I was only 58-60kgs, Its good to look back and see what you had to start with and where your at now. Congrats and keep up the work.
