Mid Morning Snack: 50g Protein Shake w/ oatmeal and a tblsp of Nalural Peanut Butter

Lunch: 8 oz's of chicken and 1 cup of Brown Rice (cooked)

Mid Afternoon Snack: 50g Protein Shake

Dinner: 8 oz Steak, 1 Cup Brown Rice and Salad

mikewall Ran 5 miles last night at just under an 8 min. pace. It felt good but I am not excited about the Mass loss I am going to have.
