How I Started: me and a couple of mates from school decided to start hitting the gym just to see what it was like, we started out going once or twice a week and soon realised that we were getting stronger quickly. We soon got addicted and now working out is a big part of my life

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): i want to gain lean ripped muscle!!
Goal (Long): ever since i've stepped foot in the gym i have said to myself 'i want to be as big as these guys,' and my long term goal is to be at least 180 pounds of lean muscle naturally, i know i've still got a bit to go but i beleive i can do it in at least 12 months. After i reach the goal of 180 pounds i can then aim for 200 =) In my life i have always strived for the best and i want my body to prove this. i believe that your body shows the effort which you put in.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i usually take a protein shake before getting to the gym, when i'm there i will warm up on an exercise bike or do a bit of cardio to get the blood pumping then get into the lifting

hey thanks man, trainin is goin alright, but i just got back from holidays in Miami so i fell behind a bit...just gonna stay lean for tha summer i guess..how bout u? i guess its winter down there so do u bulk during tha winter or just stay ripped all year round?
