Weight is not important to me. I like to stay around 200-210. I never had abs so that would be a nice addition. I want to be that guy that you look at and say damn he must work hard! I my not become Mr.O but i can be the best at the gym!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
partners are great to have but i dont like being stronger than my partner. Also there are always people that invite themselfs to lift with me that just get in the way of a real workout! What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Diets are something you should do forever. I dont starve myself and never will. I watch my sugar intake and junk food but if i eat to much i just increase cardio. What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
take protein, amminos, glutamine an hour before my workout and tell myself i am wasting money if i dont go lift.

hey are you still deployed? how is it going?? im doing ok here in Leonard wood!! found a great gym. its mostly guys (marines) so its a little intimidating. are you on your new post yet. man i haven't signed in here in a while. i start my new job at the hospital here in a few weeks so i got some time to get some 2-a-days in.

No, it's spain. how are you doing?? did you take R&R yet?? how are your joints? my husband had to start taking the glucosamine/chondroiton stuff for his shoulder joints. said he felt an improvement in less than a week. i just added weight this week and supersets, i think i have to start taking it too!! hang in there, you guys come home soon right??
Hey Mike...how is it going? I'm in Hanover, have to work a lot. In two hours I can go home and do my workout. I just viewed some of the pictures from the Arnold Classic 2009...I'm still undecided whether to compete or not.
