Very early on in my body-space involvement, way before this feature he commented on my page. As I told him at that time he has the build that I am working on for myself. I truly hope to equal his results someday.
I have been looking for a way to increase the size of my chest. I met some champion power lifters that like to train with and they have really helped me add lbs. to my bench but I'm more concernd with inches on my chest. I thought that one would automatictly bring about the other but that...
My work was designed by and is intelectual property of my trainer Michael Elias. I'm sorry that I can't share it with the public. I do however highly recomend both Michael and Kendra Elias, as well as ALRI. Thier advice and asistence has made all the difference in the world in my traing.
been at it for a while takes time and effort but not 100 years in your case probably 18-24 months

I AM IMPRESSED BY WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. I NOTICED YOUR DIET IS LOW CARB? IS THAT BECAUSE OF THE VGB? I ASK BECAUSE THAT SEEMS LIKE THE BEST DIRECTION FOR ME TO GO? 47 AND DIABETIC. I NEED TO LOSE ABOUT 50 POUNDS. SHOULD I START WITH JUST CARDIO OR MIX IN WEIGHT LIFTING? THANK YOU MIKE
The first thing that came to mind is: DAMN!!!, in just over 3 years you lost more than half of your original weight. That is impressive and a REAL inspiration. If you can achieve what you have, then I know that I can do it too. I think you should go for the new career in the fitness industry. You would be walking motivation to ANYONE!
Have a great day buddy,
Mike
