Seeking some peck advice

Posted in Training  :  Dec 28, 2010 9:50pm
I have been looking for a way to increase the size of my chest. I met some champion power lifters that like to train with and they have really helped me add lbs. to my bench but I'm more concernd with inches on my chest. I thought that one would automatictly bring about the other but that does'nt seem to be the case. I'm starting to look more like a power lifter than a bodybuilder and thats not what I want at all. Well, what do you think? &nbs...

ShotokhanDragon The first thing that came to mind is: DAMN!!!, in just over 3 years you lost more than half of your original weight. That is impressive and a REAL inspiration. If you can achieve what you have, then I know that I can do it too. I think you should go for the new career in the fitness industry. You would be walking motivation to ANYONE!
