How I Started:
I was sick of being fat and wanted my pre-baby hot body back so I started walking. After a few months of walking I slowly started running and got completely hooked on it. I loved seeing muscles appear in my legs from running and wanted to increase muscle everywhere.
Why I Love It:
I love how energized, alive and strong it makes me feel. I love watching my body change for the better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have very specific fitness goals which are keeping me motivated with my workouts. I've also noticed that my pre-baby hot body doesn't exist anymore so I need to work hard to create a new one, this helps keep me motivated.

I have a much harder time staying motivated with my nutrition unfortunately. I'm trying to use my goal for a firm midsection as my motivation to keep on plan with my diet.
BB Accomplishments:
Just the fact that I started in the first place is an accomplishment for me. :)

Thanks for stopping by Roni and saying hi! It’s great hearing from you! How was your weekend? I’m doing great and training is going well. The weather was unbelievable over the weekend and I was able to get out and enjoy the sun. I actually got a little red from it. I can’t wait for summer to get here!!!!!!
