I was sick of being fat and wanted my pre-baby hot body back so I started walking. After a few months of walking I slowly started running and got completely hooked on it. I loved seeing muscles appear in my legs from running and wanted to increase muscle everywhere.
Why I Love It:
I love how energized, alive and strong it makes me feel. I love watching my body change for the better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have very specific fitness goals which are keeping me motivated with my workouts. I've also noticed that my pre-baby hot body doesn't exist anymore so I need to work hard to create a new one, this helps keep me motivated.
I have a much harder time staying motivated with my nutrition unfortunately. I'm trying to use my goal for a firm midsection as my motivation to keep on plan with my diet.
BB Accomplishments:
Just the fact that I started in the first place is an accomplishment for me. :)

Wow! Girl, you are doing awesome!!! I can tell a big difference since the July pictures. Just goes to show, all that hard work and carb deprivation pays off huh? I bet you're getting so excited!

Lol! The Panthers are an NFL football team in North Carolina. Training is going good…..it’s about time to take a short break to recharge and give some of the old joints a break. My elbows have been bothering me for the last couple of weeks. I haven’t been able to fit much cardio in but hopefully I can make the time real soon! How’s your training going? You look FANTASTIC!!!!!
Things going ok, not as good as you but then again I aint that dedicated! Lol. Your progress pics are living proof that with willpower and determination the human body can be sculpted and shaped. Not long til the competition now hun, keep up the excellent work. xxxx

Pretty good. While my weight hasn't really changed, I can tell my legs and arms are getting stronger. I have an appointment to get my measurements taken on the 30th and the Mud Run is the 13th. O'm getting excited!

we promote an all natural INBF show in Washington State every August. It is a pro qualifier for the WNBF. You would have a blast. It would give you time to do your show and then take a year to get ready for another one?? Just a thought!! Good luck with your show!
I bet you’re tired with all of the traveling! I’m still hoping things will slow down a bit so I can get back to a normal routine. I really need to find the time to add more cardio into my schedule….I’m up to 230 lbs!!! I hope you have a GREAT week!!!!!
I’m glad to hear the weather has gotten better for you. Take advantage of those last few days and have a GREAT time! The next 4 to 6 weeks looks to be just as hectic for me unfortunately. I’m ready for another vacation! Lol!
Things are going great Roni….just still REALLY busy! Between trying to get all of dad’s affairs in order and work it has been a challenge to fit some gym time in. I’ve made it work so far but it’s starting to catch up with me. My diet has really suffered the last couple of weeks. How’s you trip going? Has the weather gotten better? I hope so!!!!! How’s you prep going?
