I got started lifting for football in high school. Then progressed to powerlifting in college until the double hernia. Now i am strictly focused on BB
Why I Love It:
It makes me focus mentally for days and weeks at a time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to keep my muscles growing all the time. I also love to look in the mirror to see some signs of improvements.:-)
