Tuesday.Biceps/Triceps..30 min cardio after workout
Wed- Shoulders/traps/abs.....20 min high intensity cardio after workout
Thurs.....Back...hit it very hard....30 min cardio
Fri..legs...squats, incline leg press..calf raises..quad extensions, Finish with box squats of 225 to get a good pump...light 10 min cardio after workout..abs
Sat....off
