I started working out when i played football in highschool i loved it and havent stopped since
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after you work out i get an awesome high watching my body get bigger and conditioning my body to be at a top performance
How I Stay Motivated:
keep getting gains staying intense reading different philosphies and making my own lifting philopshies look at arnold videos
BB Accomplishments:
Bench pressing 315
squatting 375 for 5 times
Repping flat bench press 225 14 times

Monday- Chest..Flat,incline,decline, flies, pec deck 30 min cardio after workout
Tuesday.Biceps/Triceps..30 min cardio after workout
Wed- Shoulders/traps/abs.....20 min high intensity cardio after workout
Thurs.....Back...hit it very hard....30 min cardio
Fri..legs...squats, incline...
