Diamond Gym 732 Irvington Ave Maplewood, NJ United States
College:
High School:
When I Started:
Jun, 2001
How I Started:
I started weight training during my junior year of high school after watching my friend bench 135lbs for reps. I also wanted to look like the football players n wrestlers from my school so i started hitting the gym at my school and from then on i was hooked. I started to really get in to bodybuilding and transforming my body 3 years ago when i ballooned up from a skinny 125 to a fat 230lbs @ 20%bf. I started split training, hitting different kinds of intensity w/my cardio and even got in to writing down my progress and diet plan.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding and the training because it puts me in this state of relaxation where i dont have to stress and worry about things in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by just reading about new workouts n trainings, reading about transformations and other people's training program and also to people keep proving the people who never thought i can achieve my goals WRONG!
BB Accomplishments:
I say from becoming 125lbs - 230lbs in 2 years and to finally reach 8% bf @ 175lbs. Also finally able to bench 135lbs for reps lMAO. and maxing out at 345lbs!

Hey bro, great physique! Just wondering if you could give me some tips on what youdid to get where you are? I'm pretty much at the stage where your before pics are and have the same body style, I am trying to get close to your current state, maybe not show or contest ready but shredded and still keep mass. anyinfo would be great, thanks!
I just dropped by to say that you look absolutely fantastic! You have the body that so many men dream of but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, especially me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Yeha my strength goes down a bit the closer I get to competition im about 7 weeks out so im only doing like 315 for 5 or 6 right now and the last month probably no more that 225 just for safety reasons
Mostly just specificity, all pressing movements. No flies, no cables just basic flat, incline, and decline in various order each workout. Also before i got ready for a competition I would do three sets of heavy flat bench every other workout no matter what I was working that day.I never really got into negatives or chains but they might work also
