i have a new camera that i bring to the gym. u set it somewhere, press the button & it records 33 seconds of high def video. u can play it back right away on the camera. let me know in the gym if u ever want me to record u or take your pic & show u. it is really cool.

my current get lean diet:
1) protein shake + 1/2 cup brown rice +
fat burners + animal stak + 2 cups coffee
______ workout ----------
2)protein shake + glutamine
3)protein shake + bcaa's + fat burners
4)2 cups green veg + bcaa's + fat burners
5)12 oz lean meat + 1 cup veg
9i drink a galloon of water & have 1 piece of chocolate for a treat.
