How I Started:
As a kid my mom got together with my step dad who was a boybuilder at the time. He got me into it whenever isaw him lift in my basement. I lifted as a kid for like a year and then lost touch for a few years.then ijoined the air force and as i got to tech school i started lifting and now it has me Dedicated (obssessed) lol
Why I Love It:
release of euphoric hormones :) haha keeps me balanced and happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting stronger, looking better. Learning what i can and trying new work outs. Friends and an ever more growing need for physical fitness.
BB Accomplishments:
staying consistent, learning more on dieting.

Get bigger, but leaner and thicker. reach 180 lbs
Goal (Long):
I wanna get bigger to about 180 or so gaining as much muscle mass as possible, lean muscle. Try to keep off as much fat though so i can cut easier and get everything i gain ripped.

I also have the same problem, man! I never seem to like what I see in the mirror lol. That's funny. "Little man's sindrom" I guess that' what they call it. For me your body looks just fine. And I still want your abs/leaning tips!
