MMAMONSTER23 Mike im on my 3rd week of your powerbodybuilding program and i really am mainly worried about my cardio. i have no problem getting in my lifting sessions but the cardio and abs i have a question. Can i do abs during my lifting sessions? Also can i do one hour of cardio for weeks 1 to 4 and only do it twice a week instead of 30 minutes 4 times a week? Jan 24, 2013 8:42am

guest Mike, My son and I are taking on your 12 week program. And we have watched a lot of your videos on youtube. And what would be really nice is if we could have a break down of what it is you consume and some alternatives. My son weighs 184 and is 6'0 and I am 5'9 and 240.
