mikel1975 Back feeling a little better. Supersets of leg curls & extensions today so don't bother back muscles with swim laps for cardio.

  • Thx guys , you are right back pain isn't nothing to mess with. Haven't had problem with back since hs days when injured in sports. It's not right but nothing too bad yet so going to tread lightly.

2XYS I try to maintain skills by practicing the basic forms (pomse), Jiu Jitsu, and Hap Ki Do, which is taught at the dojang. I also enjoy being an instructor. I often work with people who are having difficulties learning forms, kicking or striking. I enjoy it because it requires patience, perseverence, and an indomitable spirit. With MS, I may lose my balance and sometimes vision when my body overheats, so I do not participate in competitions, sparring, or demonstrations. Apr 22, 2013 1:34pm

paulski45 HEY mike thanks for the add!!! you have the good stock in you for a great v shape, and your biceps are very nice! i struggle with waist line body fat and i'm really stubborn so i hope that works for me to get rid of it, the weathers getting warmer so i'll be out and biking more, i'm going to start an afternoon cardio!
