Hi I've been consistently lifting for close to a year now and was wondering what chest workouts u feel or most effective for size. I have seen major gains in other muscles but my chest doesn't seem to grow as easily. For chest I usually do some sort of flat, incline, and flies.

Hey in one of your reviews it said you've gained 40 lbs, was your main thing eat like a horse or was there something else?
