Monday -Chest, shoulders, and triceps
- 2, 4 or 5 set of push (bench, incline, decline)
- 2, 3 sets of fly (machine flies, Arnold flat or incline flies)
- 2, 4 sets of shoulders (military, should raises, should flies)
- 1, 4 sets of triceps...
I never do flat or decline bench anything. Slow intense movements. Lots of reps, 25 or more. Give it some time too son. It takes years to develop a bbers body so keep training hard and be patient and consistent! Add me to your "inspired members" list if you can! ed aka Ol Supe
I would have credit most of my chest developement to good old fashioned heavy bench pressing. That was the foundation of my chest routines. Besides that, it was heavy incline benching, dumbbell fly's and dumbbell pullovers. Just 1 heavy set to failure per exercise and I would never train a muscle more than 1X per week!
