How I Started:
once i joined the military i realized my goals have changed, i now wanted to put on some size and strength so i started going to the gym. i never read magazines or anything and always lost intrest... once i went to italy i started picking up muscle magazines and realizing the people in those magazines was the way i wanted to look, so i hit the gym, slowly reading more and more magazines and began having a lot of fun at the gym and here i am today, at the gym, relaxing after a long day of work and getting into shape.
Why I Love It:
its great to pick up some weight after a long day of work or taking up some spare time that normally my computer would take up. i like seeing the changes as i progress in lifting and now its just an enjoyable hobby!
How I Stay Motivated:
watching the scale go up and seeing that the 25lbs weight was too easy to curl anymore... the magazines like "FLEX" and "MENS HEALTH" always inspiration as well...

Goal (Long):
I have a fast matabolism so its hard to gain weight... however as an athlete during highschool and always being small now that im out of school and whatever i would like to start changing my body, i was thinking to add some size. i would like to change my size so when people see me that i knew from school realize i got on track after school and picked up a new hobby, that doesnt involve drinking!i would like my body fat around 12% and eventually do 305 on the flat bench... since jan08 i have been hitting the gym and i know i have increased my strenght and size a bit but i would still like to continue til i can get exactly what i want...
