I started in high school, trying to put some bulk on my 145lb. frame. It has been on and off since then. I'm sure there are alot of poeple the same way you know, you get a wild hair workout like mad get good results by summer time then off to the beach and no more gym time.
Why I Love It:
It's great to be able to show the time and effort you put in at the gym outside of the gym(if that makes sense). Also it's good to see the amount of weight you lift go up when you stay consistant.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's been difficult to stay motivated but chasing around a 7 and a 4 year old makes you want to go to the gym to get the stamina to keep up with them.
