Hey you!! What you don't know how to wb lol J/k I know your busy. Hey I saw where your new location is at. Congrats! When you opening it up? By any chance, do you know if there are gonna be any competitions here in EP or LC coming up?
I think I will keep doing some flat bench presses in days in which I don't work out my chest. I liked today feeling the pump just by doing 3 sets with medium weight. My chest is not growing as fast as I wanted, maybe this new routine will help. (smile)
I read one of your comments. It says that you do heavy flat bench chest presses every other workout. I have never been a big fan of the flat bench because of the stress that puts on the joints but I started today after my back workout. What do you say? Thanks in advance.
wow thanks alot for the suggestion! i might jst try it! any rep range recommendation. im not really into doin flyes either i jst love the basic push movements especially flat n incline! i must say if ur pressing up heavy weights during competition i can jst imagine ur PRs on off season! damn
