How I Started: i got started after my wreslting season and i really needed strength for the up coming football season too.
Why I Love It: i love bodybuilding because it gave e something to do about spare time instead of getting fatter i would be getting stronger.
How I Stay Motivated: i stay motivated by thinking on how big i will get and how much i would be better for footballin strength .

Hey man I've never really had to cut weight that much, but if you want to get ripped I'd say lower the carbs you eat after school/night time and add 30 mins of cardio a few times a week. You can check out my log... http://forum.bodybuild ing.com/showthread.php?t=10057 38

Hey dude, whats happening? I played OL and DL in high school and then I lost a ton of weight and got fast and became RB at around 225-245 through the years. I don't play anymore though as I'm a grad student right now. What specifically are you look to do; speed/acceleration, agility, dexterity, and/or strength?
