Hey man I've never really had to cut weight that much, but if you want to get ripped I'd say lower the carbs you eat after school/night time and add 30 mins of cardio a few times a week.

Hey dude, whats happening? I played OL and DL in high school and then I lost a ton of weight and got fast and became RB at around 225-245 through the years. I don't play anymore though as I'm a grad student right now. What specifically are you look to do; speed/acceleration, agility, dexterity, and/or strength?
