Heavy Metal

I'm a big heavy metal music listener and got a call from a good friend today that Five Finger Death Punch will be making tour stops in the southern states starting in November. I actually saw them in concert a few years ago before they were popular at The House of Blue with Disturbed and SevenDust. Once they finished their set, they came up to the loft and we watch Disturbed rock the house the rest of the night.  They were pretty cool to hang out with and it wasn't because we did Jager shots the rest of the night.

During my workout today I was pumping it pretty hard and stopped to listen to the music that was playing on my IPod. I was listen to Falling In Hate from Fiver Finger Death Punch rocking it out and really pushing myself to hit that next level.


So why is this important. It was important enough for me to realize that the music I was listening to was really getting me jacked up enough to blow past my expect lifting weight I had planned for the day and increased many reps by as much as 10% . This was

Just too strong

Nutrex Lipo 6, one pill, fat burner.  Tried this supplement as part of my stack and had to come off after one week.  One pill just seemed to be too strong for my size.  Maybe I need to cut in half, but I've stopped taking them because I was getting too jacked up, sweating for hours and could not concentrate.  Any recommendation or alternative supplements? Other supplements called for three pills vs. just one Lipo 6.  Maybe I should try the others and only use one to two pills. Anyone with suggestions, please send them my way.

VillainChien Alright, Mike. How's the training treating you? Cutting back on the Jack3D? I feel you. You know, I am going to take a month off of my Gaspari Superpump. I feel no difference now from it. Got too used to the stuff. Anyway, I'm up to 190lbs now. Think I'll stop at 195 and then start cutting slowly till summer. Keep up the hard work! KevinPA I am always kicking ass at the gym brother man. Never a bad day for sure. the calves are genetics number one and for the lifts i do.. seated calves and max out. standing calves close to maxing. 6 sets on each.. ill mix it all up with other stuff weekly Dec 15, 2011 9:09pm

thenaturalone Dont take OEP and Jack3d on the same days! Too much stimulant there. I would go off Jack3d all together when you begin using OEP, and then take creatine, and bcaas before your workouts. You will get plenty of energy from the OEP. Dec 4, 2011 8:11am
