so alot of cardio and some workouts to reduce % of fat....dats sounds good but for fitness workouts, wat u mean by daat? is it lik pushups, situps, dips?....stuff lik dat or is da fitness workout is somwat compose of lil cardio too?

its somewat good, except dat im a lil sick at da moment which suks! but ya never stop workin out, gotta keep doin it even though it makes u feel lik s*** wen u sick!......so u b workin everyday or every otha day cuz u've b on a roll now!

dats good to here dat everythins all rite! yea, u dont wanna starve urself, just dont ova do it....its good to have like a one day blowout with a day jus goin all out eatin and den da other days go on a diet...and me, jus did abs and cardio yesterday, not sure today, maybe conditioning? Oh, and also da 3 month lose weight thing i see on ur bodyspace is nice too, its good to see dat ur gonna update it!
