Goal (Long):
Ok, so I'm big and have excessive fat to burn off. Of course Im sick of lookin at that beer belly that looks like a huge piece of flabby jello in the mirror, and thats why I wanna get in shape. I wanna transform myself to someone who I would never think I could be. I wanna WOW people, sayin dam, uve change, and things like you look great, instead of people sayin deng, hav u been gainin weight, you need to stop eatin? In skool, I know fur sure I wasnt a good athlete but I tried. I didnt break track or wrestling records but I know that I can do something else that I can do like make people smile and laugh. I dont care about bein popular, or being super huge! I just wanna transform my body and thats why Im here. I know that Im not aimin towards bein a bodybuilder but here having bb help me accomplish my goals.

Is it better to lose the fat, or is it better to work with what you have already? ImĀ 5'8 and aroundĀ 170 pds (around there) and i have a big belly, trying to lose it not sure whats the best way.

I mean like you mentioned earlier : push ups and so on which make your body strong and lean ---> It raises the endurance & stamina to do heavy weights without problems ... do work man :)
In my opinion, first reduce the percentage of body fat like around 20% - 12% by doing fitness workouts & Cardio after you feel more flexible and active get prepared for the gym workout with heavy weights to avoid muscle damages ;)
haha doing cardio like crazy. Also doing workouts as well. I know too much cardio is bad but the most important thing right now is I get off some of this weight, then focus more a bit on muscle.

im feeling better bout it man. I was overworking myself with cardio, underworking workout, and eating too little. I changed it around and ive seen a few pound difference already. How are things going for you man
hey man. Yeah I have but I must be doing things wrong, I'm seeing very little in the way of weight loss and I'm feeling beaten up the next day. Maybe that's just usual when you first start out?
